Quantity take-offs from your plans
Send us your PDF drawings and get a clear quantity take-off in spreadsheet form: every drywall sheet, stud, track, corner bead and screw counted from the plans, so you order the right amount and bid with confidence.
What you get
Every take-off is delivered as a spreadsheet, built from the PDF plans you send. Each line shows the item, the quantity, the unit and where it was measured on the plans.
| Item | What we count | Delivered as |
|---|---|---|
| Drywall | Sheets by type and thickness, with waste allowance | Quantity line per wall or ceiling |
| Framing | Studs, plates, track and blocking | Linear feet and piece counts |
| Finishing | Corner bead, tape, joint compound | Linear feet and bucket counts |
| Fasteners | Screws and nails by type | Box counts |
Our pick: Each line is tied to a sheet of the plans, so you can check any number in a minute.
