Description.
A large-loss water damage rebuild, raised on concrete piers.
What happened. Lake water levels rose so high that the house flooded on some days, and the water kept coming up.
What we did. We rebuilt the house raised on concrete piers, so the new structure sits above the reach of high water. The framing and exterior went up on top of them.
Where it ended up. A rebuilt, complete home, with the work running from 2022 to 2023.
