Description.
A large-loss fire rebuild, stage by stage.
What happened. A fire damaged a home in Oshawa badly enough that the rebuild had to start from the structure.
What we did. The fire-damaged material came out down to the frame. We rebuilt the framing, insulated the walls and ceilings, and brought the masonry back to match the house.
Where it ended up. A rebuilt home, complete, with the work running from 2021 to 2022.

New wood framing for the walls and floors, with the window and tub openings set.
Insulation
Insulation and vapour barrier fitted through the walls and ceilings.

Brick and block on the exterior, finished to match the house.
