Description.
A large-loss fire rebuild of a luxury home in Brampton, from the structure up.
What happened. A large-loss fire left a luxury Brampton home that needed to be rebuilt, not repaired. The damage went through the structure, so the rebuild had to start from the frame.
What we did. We rebuilt the home from the structure up: rough framing, masonry, the kitchen and the staircase, then finished every room to a high-end standard.
Where it ended up. A finished home with a bright, open kitchen, formal dining and living spaces, and a staircase that anchors the entry.
The rebuild.
Structure
Rough framing and masonry rebuilt from the structure up after the fire.
Finishes
High-end finishes throughout, from the kitchen to the staircase.
Kitchen
Flat-panel cabinets in a light finish, a stone-clad island and stone backsplash. Floating wood shelves and a built-in wine fridge keep the storage clean.
Living room
A built-in media wall with open shelving and a linear fireplace in a grey stone surround. It anchors the room and hides the wiring.
Dining room
A glass walk-in shower, a freestanding tub, a floating vanity with a backlit mirror, and matte black fixtures.
